Hot Art: Basic Encaustic Techniques<\/p>\n

All levels, no experience necessary.<\/p>\n
This should be the first encaustic class you take! We will cover soooo much information. This is a high energy, hands-on, two-day encaustic workshop. We will explore many encaustic techniques, understanding medium and paint, prepping substrates, fusing wax, layering translucencies, adding\/reducing texture, stencils, mark making, image transfer techniques and more. No experience necessary, bring your creativity, and go home with art!<\/p>\n

All materials will be provided by Victoria through a material fee. Each participant will pay a $35 materials fee directly to the instructor.<\/p>\n
