Course Description:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Take a pause from the busy world and let your creativity bloom. This workshop begins with gentle breathwork and a calming meditation to ease stress and bring you fully into the moment. Once grounded, you\u2019ll be guided step by step in crafting your own paper wildflower\u2014a piece of art inspired by the beauty of nature.<\/span><\/p>\n

You\u2019ll learn how to sculpt individual flowers out of paper, shaping petals and assembling blossoms step by step. Once your flowers are formed, you\u2019ll decorate them with colors and details that reflect your personal style, making each piece truly your own.<\/span><\/p>\n

By the end, you\u2019ll leave with more than a handmade flower\u2014you\u2019ll carry home a reminder to slow down, nurture your creativity, and stay rooted in the present.<\/span><\/p>\n
