Historically, these braids secured samurai armor and kimono sashes (obijime), and they are now used in jewelry making, crafts, and decorative art.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Learn traditional technique together in this hands-on braiding workshop.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Artist Bio:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Karen Lord Paris is a Golden textile artist focusing on weaving, natural dyes, sewing and knitting.
